A kid in Connecticut raised the bar for cheesy behavior by getting arrested for drunkenly wandering into a cafeteria, carrying an open container of beer and assaulting the manager for not having jalapeno mac and cheese on the menu.
The guy, who identified himself only as Luke, initially flipped out when told he couldn't bring the beer into the eatery, saying it was his right as an American -- despite the fact that he's two years shy of the legal drinking age. Luke really hit the roof when the manager told him the joint didn't even serve jalapeno mac and cheese, spouting curses and anti-gay slurs for a full 15 minutes.
Things escalated when the 19-year-old took a swing at the manager, at which point two workers pinned him to the ground and called cops. On his way out, he spat on the employees and then begged officers to let him retrieve his shoes.

A Russian soldier was trying to be a real life action hero, but he ended up creating some slapstick comedy when he stumbled upon a man holding a gun to a woman's head and knocked the guy out -- not knowing he'd walked into the middle of a movie set.
The serviceman, whose name was not released, didn't notice the cameras or lighting rigs due to his adrenalin rush, and simply followed his instinct to save the damsel in distress, who seemed amused by the whole incident. Crew members rushed to the side of the actor, who was not seriously injured in the dust-up, and escorted the wannabe Rambo off the set.
No charges were filed as a result of the bizarre smackdown, since, as one crew person said, "[the soldier] had good intentions, that's what counts."

A Florida man who doesn't know to keep his mouth shut in a movie theater was arrested over the weekend after he poured his soda on a man who'd asked him to be quiet.
44-year-old James Wortman, a convicted felon with a long rap sheet, was watching the horror flick The Green Inferno with his girlfriend late Saturday night. But he kept talking throughout the whole movie and ignoring Michael Denninger's repeated requests to quiet down. Finally, he got fed up with being asked to shut up, so he got up, turned around and poured his large soda all over Denninger. It would have been a medium soda, but it was just an extra 25 cents to upgrade to the large.
The couple then ran out of the theater and drove away, but cops were able to catch up to them. Officer questioned Wortman, who claimed that he was told to shut up and accidentally spilled his drink on Denninger because he was wearing flip-flops and tripped. His girlfriend, however, made no mention of the flip-flop story and told cops he deliberately threw the drink, thus making her a really bad girlfriend.
Wortman was arrested and charged with battery.
