Sleeping on the job is never a good idea, but it's really a problem when your job is burglary -- as two Florida men found out after getting arrested while napping in a house they'd just broken into.
Homeowner Christopher Thompson returned from a five-day vacation to find the living room of his house completely ransacked, and then got an even bigger shock when he made his way to the bedroom, where Jaquel Fleming and Keilow Roundtree were fast asleep. Thompson went outside to call cops, and when they responded, the two intruders refused to come out -- but were apprehended by police dogs when they tried to climb out a back window.
The bungling burglars had apparently been staying at the home for a bit, since they'd thrown paint at several walls and removed three air conditioning units from windows at some point during their visit. According to a police report, the pair admitted to breaking into the house "to party and smoke weed in celebration of Fleming's release from jail."

An 85-year-old Austrian woman recently passed away and spoiled what would have been a big payday for her family.
The grandmother died in a retirement home, and when workers collected her belongings, they found more than $1 million in cash stuffed inside her bed. But she'd cut the cash into tiny little pieces to make sure her family wouldn't be able to inherit any of it.
Authorities say the woman was within her rights to do whatever she wanted to do with her money, even destroy it. But the bank says that if the family can piece together enough of the bills, they might be able to recover their inheritance.

Here's a story that anyone who can't afford a $1.9 million car will most certainly enjoy.
A man in Budapest, Hungary recently purchased the powerful limited-edition hybrid LaFerrari, which can reach 62 miles-per-hour in under three seconds. It's one of the most expensive cars in the world and this guy got to drive his for just about a minute before he tapped the gas pedal a little too hard and crashed it into three parked cars. And when you drive a car like that, people are going to notice you. Some will even take out their phone and shoot video of you driving it, which is what one person did and managed to capture footage of the pricey wreck.
