A Louisiana man is under arrest after he was somehow able to drive his car onto an active runway at Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans.
Police say Kaleb Clement was driving drunk when he slammed his Dodge Challenger through an airport fence and ended up on the runway. He continued driving across airport property and eventually crashed through another fence. Police later found him hiding at a nearby auto shop.
He's been charged with hit-and-run driving and driving while intoxicated. No flights were affected by the incident.
