Peter Robbins, a former child actor who was the voice of Charlie Brown in the '60s, has pleaded guilty to making criminal threats and will have to serve at least four years in prison.
Robbins, whose voice is heard in the classic TV specials A Charlie Brown Christmas and It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, is accused of threatening to harm the manager of a mobile home park and also offering $50,000 to have the San Diego County Sheriff killed. He blames his actions on his struggles with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. In 2013, he pleaded guilty to making threats against his former girlfriend and her plastic surgeon and was given five years probation.

The teen recently got a tattoo on her hip at a place called Bang Bang Tattoos in New York City. In a video she posted, she's then seen picking up a tattoo gun and inking a crown and a "K" on the artist's leg. Since she's not a licensed tattoo artist, that's a Health Department violation.
According to TMZ, "The NYC Deptartment of Health and Mental Hygiene is aware of Kylie's video, and...Bang Bang will at least get a warning -- and possibly a hefty fine. Penalities can be anywhere from $300 to $1,000."
