Monday night was a night of excitement and frustration for Star Wars fans trying to buy the first advance tickets for the new movie.
The good news: the first full trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens debuted. The bad news: some of the biggest movie-ticket-selling sites, from Fandango to AMC, crashed or were unresponsive.
One place that was working: eBay, where people who got tickets immediately turned around to sell them for hundreds of dollars.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens December 18.

FABLife co-host Chrissy Teigen pushed back against online commenters who questioned the size of her budding baby bump by telling them to "get out of my uterus."
The unexpected uproar started Monday after John Legend's wife posted a photo on Instagram of her pregnant stomach with the caption, "Somebody is early to the party."
Teigen and Legend, who wed in 2013, announced last week that they are expecting their first child, but have not shared a due date.
Among the thousands of congratulatory comments on Teigen's Instagram picture were a barrage of body-shaming comments about the size of Teigen's bump.
Teigen, who has spoken publicly about the couple's struggle to conceive, took to Twitter to defend herself, issuing a series of tweets. "I did IVF. One at a time. It isn't twins. I can see the damn thing. Get out of my uterus!" she wrote, after tweeting: "Good thing I am unoffendable or this would be a rough few months."
The model tried to laugh off the incident, writing, "It's my own karma! I love bumps so I loved saying how round/big/beautiful they are on others. Don't worry, friends."
Teigen then concluded: "No more preg tweeting for me, lesson learned!! Back to food and reality TV and hay things."

Jersey Shore's Jenni "JWoww" Farley and Roger Mathews got married in New Jersey on Sunday, but that's not even the couple's biggest news -- they're expecting their second child together.
The newlyweds confirmed the news to Us Weekly. "Baby No. 2 is official!! We are expecting and couldn't be more excited," the pair told the magazine in a statement. "A wedding that was beyond a dream come true and baby No. 2 on the way, we couldn't ask for more. We are on cloud nine!"
Their new bundle of joy will be their second child; they're already parents to 15-month-old daughter, Meilani. She served as the flower girl at the couple's wedding on Sunday.
Farley's former Jersey Shore co-stars Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Deena Cortese, and Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola were all bridesmaids. Her other co-stars Vinny Guadagnino, DJ Pauly D, and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro were also on hand at their wedding, held at Addison Park in Keyport, New Jersey.
Mathews proposed to Farley in September 2012, reportedly after the two went skydiving.
