Kim was busted by a security guard who allegedly caught her with a "bunch of items" valued at more than $600.
It's unknown of Kim was impaired by alcohol or drugs during this latest arrest, like she was back in April when she was busted for public intoxication and other charges at the Beverly Hills Hotel. That scene led the former reality star to a visit to rehab, which she had just completed last month.
Radar Online reported Monday that the power couple "decided to pull the plug in a carefully choreographed manner, [and] agree announcing their split at the end of the summer is the right move."
With the rumor gaining steam, Will took to Facebook to set the record straight. He wrote, "Under normal circumstances, I don't usually respond to foolishness. (Because it's contagious.) But, so many people have extended me their 'deepest condolences' that I figured, 'What the hell... I can be foolish, too!' So, in the interest of redundant, repetitious, over and over-again-ness... Jada and I are...NOT GETTING A DIVORCE! I promise you all -- if I ever decide to divorce my Queen -- I SWEAR I'll tell you myself! #Dumb People Should Have to Wear Scarlet Ds"
Jada backed him up, writing, "My king has spoken."
Rumors of divorce and infidelity have plagued the couple for years. In 2013 it was rumored that Will had an affair with his Suicide Squad co-star Margot Robbie. And in 2011, Jada allegedly cheated with her HawthoRNe co-star Marc Anthony.
Last week the New Girl star welcomed a baby girl and "secretly" wed the baby's father, Jacob Pechenik.
No details about the bundle of joy were immediately released.
