Glen Campbell isn't making any more music, but his legacy lives on.
Glen's fans got to know Ashley Campbell during her dad's acclaimed Goodbye Tour. Her banjo playing and backup vocals caught a lot of attention, as did her good looks. Now with her father retired and in the final stages of Alzheimer's, she's written and released her first single.
"Remembering" is a country-bluegrass song spanning happy childhood memories to the poignancy of watching her father's memory loss deprive her of the father she knew and adored. The video is especially poignant, interspersing family videos of Ashley and Glen from her childhood, and on tour.
The chorus goes: "Bone for bone we are the same / Bones get tired and they can’t carry all the weight / We can talk until you can’t even remember my name / Daddy don’t you worry, I’ll do the remembering."

Lee Brice has made history -- he's the only country artist to have played all 50 states in less than a year. He finished the feat last night (Sunday) with a show in Rome, Georgia.
He says, "I'm so excited about this. As soon as I realized how close we were, I just had to make it happen."
Earlier this year, when Lee realized that he had performed in almost every state, he had his tour manager ramp things up so he could finish setting the record this year. Lee is expected to go on his own headlining tour in 2016.
