A Florida man who apparently misunderstood a neighbor's request to pump some air into his bike tire instead pumped a shotgun blast in the other guy's direction.
Stephen Gianuzzi got all huffy when the victim walked his bicycle over to his house to ask to borrow a tire pump, as he had several times in the past. The man said he knocked on Gianuzzi's door, but when he didn't hear a response, he walked away -- at which point the 53-year-old opened the door threatened to shoot him, then fired off a single round.
According to the police report, officers who showed up to question Gianuzzi were asked, "What's the big deal? I shot wide to the left of him." He's been charged with aggravated assault -- and we don't think the victim is going to let this one ride.
