A 28-year-old mother was arrested in Phoenix on Sunday after Colleen Manuelito allegedly hung out at the Arizona State Fair without her kids -- who were locked in her car.
Department of Public Safety troopers found the kids -- two boys, aged 1 and 3, and a 6-year-old girl -- inside a vehicle in the fair's parking lot, reports KPHO-TV.
The windows were rolled up, and with outside temperatures nearing 90 degrees, the cops got the eldest child to open the door, and the troopers extricated the kids, who were reportedly "warm/hot" to the touch.
The New Mexico woman allegedly tried to blame her ex for leaving the kids behind, but her eldest child told the police what really happened.
Manuelito was charged with three counts of endangering the life and health of a minor, one count of false reporting to law enforcement, three counts of endangerment, and three counts of reckless child abuse. Her kids were put under the care of Child Protective Services.

A Massachusetts man with a Jeep worth in the hundreds has been slammed with a tow bill for 48 thousand dollars.
According to WFXT-TV, Joel Ramer was off-roading with his girlfriend in Walpole, when his trusty green Jeep got stuck in the mud. He called a company called Assured Collision, which assured him they could get the truck unstuck.
The company did just that, then hit Ramer with the bill for the 12-hour operation. “I thought they made a mistake," he told the Fox affiliate. Additionally, he was arrested for trespassing and disturbing the peace, as, reportedly unbeknownst to him, he was mudding on private property.
Fox25 reached out to the Massachusetts Statewide Towing Association, which claimed the towing company logged charges that were either in, "excess of the industry standard," or unfamiliar to association, like the "dangerous condition liability insurance," for which Ramer was charged a line-item of $5,000.
For now, Ramer's truck is still with the company, which placed a lien on it, and is refusing to budge from its bill.
