An Alabama man wasn't able to make it to Pamplona, Spain this year for the Running of the Bulls, but as it turns out, he didn't have to. He was still able to experience the excitement of being chased by a bull as he tried to flee police.
26-year-old Brad Lynn Hemby and a female accomplice attempted to rob a house but fled when the homeowner caught them. They hopped into a Chevy truck and sped off, but eventually crashed near a cow pasture. Hemby got out of the truck and made a run for it through the pasture, and as officers gave chase, so did a bull. With the animal bearing down on him, Hemby ran into a barbed wire fence and surrendered.
Cops recovered stolen items from the truck and arrested Hemby for burglary, criminal mischief and attempting to elude a police officer. His accomplice disappeared into the woods and has not been caught.
