A Florida man triggered a police action after he was spotted leaving a pawn shop -- with an AK-47 rifle stuffed down the front of his pants.
The store's owner confronted Marlon Paul Alvarez as he was walking out the door with an odd bulge in his trousers, leading the suspect to hand over the $800 weapon and flee from the scene. The shopkeeper called 911 to report the incident and summon cops, who managed to arrest Alvarez a short time later.
A security video showed that the 19-year-old shoved a couple of different weapons into his trousers before settling on the one he tried to steal. Guess he was just flying by the seat of his pants.
