Anthony James David faces a variety of charges after cops say he swiped his neighbors' Discover and Best Buy gift cards and went on a spending spree, buying loads of stuff for himself, but remembering to pick up some thank yous for his victims. David, who'd introduced himself to the victims using the name Anthony Sagglioca, racked up nearly $3000 in charges, ranging from flowers to restaurants to the $600 tickets to see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
