Chris Young wasn’t expecting to make headline news with Snoop Dogg when he congratulated Team USA on winning the Women’s World Cup on social media. Joking, Chris tweeted, “Only time I’ve ever been in a headline with Snoop and Hanson.”
The coincidence that it was his 420th post on Instagram made Chris laugh even harder. He added, “So … it was just pointed out my 420th post on Instagram is about Snoop … I can’t stop laughing now.”
Speaking of smoking holidays, Chris will be playing the Windy City Smokeout festival on Saturday in Chicago.

When life gets crazy on the road, Kacey Musgraves leans on her tight-knit road family for support. She tells Redbook, “I’ve had my boyfriend on the road with me for a couple of years because he’s in our band. I think the craziest thing we do is venture out and find a Thai place on Yelp that we’ve never been to. We might jam a little bit and have some wine.”
Including her five-man band, 11 people are traveling with Kacey this summer.

Kip Moore missed the horrifying car accident that ended NASCAR's Coke Zero 400 on Sunday. Rain abbreviated Kip’s concert and delayed the race, which ended around 2:41 a.m. on Monday at the Daytona International Speedway.
In the final lap, driver Austin Dillon went airborne and hit the catch fence, causing a multi-car crash on the track. Austin’s car tore down a section of fencing, and debris scattered into the grandstands. Amazingly, he emerged from the wreck without serious injury. Five fans were treated for unspecified injuries. One went to the hospital and was released on Monday morning.
Race winner Dale Earnhardt Junior said, “I saw everything in the mirror pretty clearly... I just was very scared for whoever that car was. I didn't care about anything except figuring out who was OK. The racing doesn't matter anymore.” ESPN reports Austin’s car is being taken to NASCAR’s research and development center in North Carolina for review.
Before show time, Kip tested the Speedway seated on the right passenger side of a racecar. He Instagrammed, “145 mph hugging the wall was intense.”
