TMZ, which got the scoop, reports that the actress is partnered in the venture with the investor who already operates outposts of The Arts Club in London and Aspen. Paltrow is an investor and board member in the business.
Christie, who was was flown back to the U.S. from Turks and Caicos over Easter weekend, wrote on Instagram on Monday, "We interrupt this holiday to take a little unplanned excursion to Miami for CAT scans and stitches following an accident trying to save a bird." She also posted a few selfies showing the cut just above her left eye.
The couple, who've been dating for three years, reportedly decided to separate because of their busy work schedules. Andrew is working on Martin Scorsese's new movie, Silence, in Taiwan. A source tells People magazine that Andrew has "completely thrown himself in the project to the detriment of all else." But the insider adds, "Emma understands his work anxieties — it’s why she originally pulled out ofCabaret last year and only did it this year."
The source insists the two haven't "officially broken up" and says that there's a possibility they will rekindle their romance later this summer when Andrew wraps production on Silence.
