Dustin Diamond was in a Wisconsin court yesterday for the start of his stabbing trial. The former Saved by the Bell star was arrested in December after allegedly stabbing a man in a bar.
The trial got off to a rocky start for the actor's lawyer who managed to anger the judge before he even stepped foot in the courtroom. The judge noticed on his way into court that the attorney's car in the parking lot had the words words "Good luck to Dustin & Amanda" written on its back window. Amanda refers to Diamond's fiancée Amanda Schutz, who is also on trial. The judge was furious and ordered him to go into the parking lot and remove it from his car.
Diamond is charged with reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon. While he admits to stabbing the man, he says it wasn't intentional and there was a lot of chaos going on inside the bar. His fiancee was also charged with disorderly conduct.
