Sofia Vergara's former fiance is dishing more info on their agreement over frozen embryos which is at the center of a custody battle.
Nick Loeb filed a lawsuit against Vergara to gain custody of two frozen embryos which were created through in vitro fertilization just months before they broke up and called off their engagement. In the lawsuit, Loeb claims the Modern Family star insisted that her 44-year-old personal assistant be her surrogate and paid her $200,000 to do it, against his wishes. Two embryos were implanted into the assistant in 2013 but neither one survived.
Loeb now wants the remaining embryos so that he can have children on his own. According to a source close to Loeb, he told Vergara that he would raise the children himself and she would have no parental responsibility, including child support. But Vergara refuses to let him have them and insists that they will remain frozen. I can't imagine this is the kind of press that the Modern Family star wants to have out in the universe as she gets set to marry current fiance Joe Manganiello.

Kim Richards is apparently off the wagon.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was arrested after getting kicked out of the Beverly Hills Hotel early this morning (Thursday) for being too wasted.
TMZ says police were called when Kim refused to come out of a bathroom. She was said to be "unruly" and reeking of booze. Eventually cops had to "drag her out" of the facilities. She was arrested and taken to the police station, where she allegedly kicked an officer.
Kim's been charged with trespass, resisting arrest, battery on a police officer and public intoxication.
The former child star, who went to rehab in December 2011, insisted she was sober on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season seven reunion show, which aired earlier this week.
