Tom Selleck has reportedly reached a settlement with the water district that has accused him of stealing thousands of gallons of water.
The water district in Ventura County, California claims the actor illegally filled up water trucks at a public fire hydrant and then transported it back to his 60-acre ranch where he has an avocado farm, all while Southern California is dealing with a serious drought. Selleck's lawyer has met with the water district's lawyers to reach an agreement. Details of the settlement are being kept under wraps until it is approved by the water district board next week but reports speculate that the water district expects somewhere in the vicinity of $20,000 to settle up and of course Tom will have to stop taking water from the Ventura district.

The family of Kim Howe, the woman who was killed in the California car crash involving Caitlyn Jenner, is trying to squeeze more money out of her.
Howe's stepchildren say Jenner's negligence caused the fatal accident and the damages are worth much more than $500,000, which is what her insurance policy is worth. The family has filed new court documents insisting that Jenner cough up even more money. But they're going to have a fight on their hands. Jenner has already filed documents insisting that she pay even less or nothing at all because Howe's stepchildren had no relationship with her and shouldn't be entitled to anything because they didn't depend on her.
Just yesterday, TMZ released a new video showing the crash at the moment of impact.
