In July, federal agents raided his home in Zionsville, Indiana, with FBI sources saying they served warrants in connection with a child pornography investigation. Several DVDs and computers were seized from the house.
The former director of Fogle’s Jared Foundation, Russell Taylor, was arrested earlier this year, accused of possessing and producing child pornography. Investigators said they found more than 500 images of child pornography inside Taylor’s home. Fogle’s attorney, Ron Elberger, had no comment on the plea deal. Subway suspended Fogle soon after the raid on his home.
Also today, Jared's wife Katie filed for divorce from Jared saying, "I am in the process of seeking a dissolution of the marriage. My focus is exclusively on the well-being of my children. Neither I nor my family will have any further comment on the matter."
