Patrick Schwarzenegger denies cheating on Miley Cyrus while on vacation in Mexico, but her fans have taken on the role of judge and jury and their verdict is guilty.

Patrick was photographed getting to a mystery girl in Cabo San Lucas and later said that she's just a friend and he would never cheat on Miley. But her fans aren't buying it and they are super angry. Fans have been threatening Patrick on Twitter saying things like, "You better run for your life when you come to LA" and "I hope your pizza place burns down." Another Miley backer asked, "Who's gonna kill Patrick for us?"

Sources close to Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise say the reason the former couple and parents to eight-year-old Suri don't speak to each other has nothing to do with Scientology.

It had long been rumored that Tom's devotion to the church and Katie's unwillingness to be part of it drove a wedge between them, but friends say they genuinely hate each other and that's why they will only communicate through a third party.

According to TMZ, Tom hates Katie because she left him and gave him no indication that she was leaving. And Katie hates Tom because he made her miserable and felt mentally drained in the marriage. As previously reported by TMZ, their daughter Suri lives with Katie full time and only occasionally sees her dad.

Adam Sandler and Kevin James headline the cast of a new flick, and no it isn't Grown Ups part 64. This one is called "Pixels" and the concept is kinda strange but I like video games so ok I'll bite(see what I did there with a lil bit of Pac-Man humor).. The premise of the film is that we launched a time capsule of sorts into space in order to communicate with any E.T's that may reside out in space Well they take offense to the message and come to earth to attack us via classic video games like Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Frogger and a bunch of other popular games from the 80's and early 90's... I dunno if I will go to the theater to see this or wait for the DVD. Here's the trailer for you to decide for yourself.

Hugh Jackman has canceled the rest of his four-show stint in Turkey because of a vocal hemorrhage. The actor was set to perform a variation on his hit Broadway show An Evening With Hugh Jackman in Istanbul this week, but he only managed to perform a duet of two songs with Turkish pop singer Bora Uzer Tuesday night before he was shut down.

Miranda Lambert has a habit she just can’t shake. And it happens to be brilliant! The “Little Red Wagon” singer loves getting lost in her own daydreams. Some of her mind-wandering has led to some of her top business moves. She says “That’s what I love about my job is if you can dream it, you can at least try it. You may not get there, but you can try. And so, I do a lot of daydreaming.”

Brett Eldredge definitely makes lookin’ good look easy. But lookin’ good on an early morning flight isn't so easy for the CMA’s New Artist of the Year.

The “Mean to Me” singer’s un-sexiest moment was on a 6 a.m. flight. Running on one-hour of shut-eye, Brett recalls he was looking pretty rough when he was seated next to a passenger with the People issue listing him among country’s sexiest men.

Brett Eldredge recalls his very unsexy moment he says “A girl was reading like a one of the magazines with the hottest guys or whatever in it. And it was like six in the morning. And I’m on the airplane and I slept like one hour and I like, ‘Oh my God! She’s like turning to the page that I’m on.’ And I’m like, ‘Please don’t look over here. Please don’t look over here.’ I’ve got bags under my eyes and everything.”

Brett is sittin’ pretty at the top of the Mediabase country chart this week with “Mean to Me.” It’s his third consecutive love song to hit number-one.

A British man will be spending the next two-and-a-half years in jail for robbing a convenience store, but wearing a black-and-white-striped jumpsuit should be nothing new to him.

Jack Brooks robbed the store in January while disguised as a zebra -- seriously. Brooks walked into the store wearing a zebra costume and carrying a knife. He demanded money from the clerk, who actually recognized his voice because he'd come into the store earlier in the day. In fact, the clerk had even given Brooks a free bottle of booze earlier in the day because he thought he was a nice guy.

Well, once the clerk realized the zebra crook wasn't joking, he grabbed a metal pipe and chased him out of the store empty-handed. Police noticed bicycle tracks in the snow, which led them to Brooks, a convicted burglar and arsonist. He was arrested, charged and convicted. A judge recently sentenced him to two years and eight months behind bars.

David Arquette had to be physically removed from Justin Bieber's 21st birthday party over the weekend in Las Vegas after he appeared to want a piece of the birthday boy.

According to witnesses, Arquette was very drunk and talking smack about Bieber -- which is apparently okay to do in a Comedy Central roast but not in a nightclub because the Biebs and a friend physically threw him out. A short while later, Arquette returned and tried to get at Bieber but other guests got in the way and threw him out for good.

If you are a product of the 80's/90's you'll remember "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" starring Keanu Reeves and that other guy that played Bill. (For those playing at home his name is Alex Winter- and until today I did not know that little nugget). Well it seems that Alex reached out to his ol' buddy Keanu to help him debut a documentary called "Deep Web" and they starting talking about filming another "Excellent Adventure" flick.. So I wanna know

Vin Diesel announced the birth of his third child on Facebook Monday with a photo taken at the hospital. The actor and his girlfriend Paloma Jimenez also have a six-year-old daughter named Hania and four-year-old son named Vincent. The baby's name and sex were not revealed.

Jennifer Aniston received an unwanted visit by a drunk driver Saturday night and now has some work to do on her bushes.

According to police, the driver had a few too many, drove up onto the curb and ran over a bunch of plants on Jen's yard. It's not known if she was at her Bel-Air home at the time but her security guard called police and showed them surveillance footage of what happened. The driver was arrested after failing a field sobriety test. It just hasn't been his day, his week, his month, or even his year.

A Connecticut man thought he could open the door to love by banging on doors and asking to meet his new wife -- before setting one of those doors on fire!

Alex Chambrello, who might've had more luck using his real name, rather than calling himself "Lucifer From Hell," wasn't wearing any pants while dashing through the snow in his quest for love. Chambrello, who was described as "under the influence," crashed his car into a ditch and wandered into a condo complex, where he started banging on doors and shouting that he needed a wife -- while warning everyone to steer clear because he had come from "the inferno."

He started a fire at one unit, which first responders managed to put out, and punched a woman in the face at another. Chambrello -- who's covered in tattoos including one that says “Conquer All Evil” with a depiction of Jesus and the Virgin Mary -- is charged with a number of offenses, including arson and indecent exposure.

It's FRIDAY and it's raining around the area, which means a couple of things.. Either you'll spend the next couple of days cleaning out your DVR or you'll grab the fam and go catch a new movie... Here's your options this week:

Run All Night: - Rated R. This stars Liam Neeson and Ed Harris. Liam plays a dad who has to protect his estranged son after he becomes a target for a mob hit.. It looks like Liam isn't straying from his middle aged butt kicking character that he's played in his last 6 movies... With that being said.. I MUST see this movie...

Option 2 is a re-birth of a classic animated flick.. Cinderella. You know the original story - but much like Maleficant this ain't that story.. It stars Lily James who plays Lady Rose MacClare in Downton Abbey and Richard Madden who played Robb Stark in Game of Thrones. It's rated PG... Here's the trailer for it.. And fans of Frozen are in for a treat. A 7 minute Frozen featurette complete with new and even more addicting song than Let It Go will play before. And if you can't make it to the movie to see the new Frozen short..Don't worry... I've got that for you too..

Miranda Lambert has been many sizes in her career, but she's never been slimmer than she is now. She's quick to point out that it's important to feel good about yourself no matter what your size.

Recently a fan told her that she'd thrown out her scale because of 'Ran -- something Miranda was thrilled to hear. She says, "I've always just tried to rock what I've got, no matter what my body is at the time. For her -- and she was a cute, like, normal-size girl -- to say that, well, it really made me feel good."

Miranda admits that she does blow it out now and again, but when she does, she gets right back on track.

Eric Church has proven once again that he's a force to be reckoned with.
Last year, he took a hard line against ticket scalpers. Now he's going after unlicensed merch dealers. His lawyers have filed a lawsuit to stop vendors from selling unauthorized T-shirts -- which resemble the official ones, but are of inferior quality -- outside of concert venues. He's also seeking damages from the vendors caught doing it.

Darius Rucker has announced the dates for his 6th Annual Darius and Friends benefit concert in Nashville. The show, which is the unofficial kick-off to CMA Music Festival week, takes place on Monday, June 8th at the Wildhorse Saloon and benefits St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Over the years, the show has raised more than $439,000 for the kids at St. Jude. The line-up for the show will be announced in coming weeks. The following day, Darius hosts his celebrity golf tournament which also benefits St. Jude.

And from the cute as a button file... Meet Lyanna Flynn.. She's 2 years old and is fightin' with leukemia and she loves her some country music, especially Luke Bryan. File this one under: returning to the scene of the crime. A New Jersey man is back behind bars a day after being paroled -- for robbing the same store he held up 15 years ago!

Christopher Miller held up a Stride Rite kids' shoe store as part of a crime spree in 1999, and served 15 years in prison. He was released on parole last fall -- and authorities made sure to let the store's employees know. That was obviously a wise move, because the next day, Miller showed up at the Stride Rite with a gun and made off with some cash. The clerk was able to ID him, and he went right back into the clink.

Miller has pleaded guilty to the new armed robbery charge and faces between 10 and 20 years in prison when he's sentenced in May.

Star Wars junkies are singing the songs of their people today we know now that the first standalone film of the franchise now owned by Disney will be called ROGUE ONE. The film has a target release date of Dec. 16th of 2016 and will begin filming this summer in London. And in case you are wondering ROGUE ONE refers to the leader of the Rogue Squadron - so most likely the film will center around the fighter pilots of the Alliance - So think Top Gun and Stars Wars got together and had a baby... it would be this film...

And don't forget Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens -- will be out in December of THIS YEAR and then look for Star Wars Episode VIII in December of 2017... And for a quick reminder here is the latest trailer for Ep.VII that has been circulating around the internet...

One of the most beautiful women on the planet is officially taken.

Bar Refaeli's publicist confirmed that the supermodel is engaged to her boyfriend Adi Ezra.

The couple met about two years ago after they were introduced through mutual friends. Adi, according to an Israeli newspaper, is a "businessman."

The proposal reportedly took place while the couple was vacationing in the Caribbean last week.

Congratulations to Jim Parsons, who you may know better as Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang theory. He's the latest Hollywood celeb to have his own star on the Hollywood walk of fame. For his role as Sheldon Cooper on TBBT, Parsons has racked up four Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actor In A Comedy Series..

If you're a Breaking Bad fan you'll remember the scene from season 3 when Walter White was SOOO mad, that in a fit of anger he tossed a whole pizza up in the air and it landed on the room of his home... Well the series has wrapped but there are still pizzas finding their way onto the roof of the house.. So many in fact that Vince Gilligan the creator of the Breaking Bad series has issued a plea for fans of the show to please stop flinging pies on to the roof.. Vaughn said in a recent podcast that it wouldn't be such a big deal if people weren't actually living in the house..

Hollywood funny man Will Ferrell is set to make baseball history. The comedian will play every position for 10 different baseball teams in five spring training games today. He'll play for the Mariners, Athletics, Cubs, Angels, Reds, Diamondbacks, Giants, White Sox, Dodgers and Padres.It's for a new special being filmed for HBO. The stunt is in honor Bert Campaneris, the first player to play every position in a game, and will be dedicated to cancer awareness.

trace & blake: the new odd couple?

TV is full of famous duos -- Tom and Jerry, Lucy and Ricky, Bert and Ernie… But who is Jesse Pinkman to Trace Adkins’s Walter White? Well according to Trace Adkins he's VERY interested in sharing some small screen time with his buddy Blake Shelton.

They’re both stars on their own, but Blake Shelton and Trace Adkins sharing the small screen together... The result would be TV magic!
But it would take a magician to make it happen. Both acts are crazy busy!

Blake has The Voice airing Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC, and his first Netflix role is in the works. Meanwhile, Trace just scored a new guest starring role on NBC’s The Night Shift. But how cool would it be, Blake and Trace as two good ol' boy detectives fighting crime in the big city.. I'm IN!

Thomas Rhett’s thespian roots are showing! The “Make Me Wanna” singer was at the Nashville Children’s Theatre last week for the announcement of the 2015 CMA Music Festival’s nightly concerts at LP Field. The event coincided with the opening of Jack’s Tale: A Mythic Mountain Musical, which was partially funded by proceeds from the 2014 CMA Music Festival.

Thomas introduced the play, noting the importance of music education and revealing he played Ebenezer Scrooge in third grade.
Thomas says, “I was in pretty much every play my school did and talent shows and all that good stuff in high school and even in college. I think it kind of prepped me to know what it’s like to be in front of a crowd and at least know how to entertain in the best way I can.”

Thomas will be part of the Nightly Concerts at LP Field at the 2015 CMA Music Festival.

luke bryan headed to cmhof..

The dates are in place for the opening of Luke Bryan's Country Music Hall of Fame exhibit. Luke Bryan: Dirt Road Diary opens in Nashville on May 22nd and runs through November 8th.

The exhibit will feature stage clothes, instruments, awards, photos and other unique memorabilia from Bryan’s personal collection -- much of it dug-up by Luke himself.
